Hey everyone. It’s June in Crestone, which means weirdly tropical weather patterns (this year, anyway). The days start off blue sky bright, but by 2pm, dark clouds are rolling in. It rains (or hails) for an hour or two before the sky opens up again in time for the setting sun to light it all up, wet and golden. I’m loving it. Sometimes, like in the video below, the sun comes out while it’s raining. Hard to beat it.
If you’re going to be free from August 20-25 this year, and are looking to spend a few days with some open-minded, open-hearted weirdos, consider joining us at the Sex at Dawn retreat outside Whitefish, MT. We’ll be covering all the bases: mind, body, spirit — and all with irreverence and humor. We had a great group last year, and I’m sure it’ll be a lot of fun again this year.
I hope things are good in your world and the sun’s shining on your rain.

Wow, didn’t think there were trees in Crestone.
Glad you have a little sunshine with your rain. We could use a little more rain with the sunshine up here in Alberta. It’s been an unprecedented year so far with the biggest start of a fire season and more land burned than in whole Fire seasons past. Continued good luck with your new home and ‘lifeboat’ projects.
