Hey you. I missed a few months. You know how it is. Summer, and all that. But I’m back in the saddle and feeling good.
We had a wonderful time at the retreat in Whitefish. Absolutely stellar group of people. I feel like we managed to pack a year’s worth of meaningful conversation into a few days. I’m touched and honored by the openheartedness of the people who show up for these events.
One thing that came out of the retreat is a plan for Cameron and I to co-host a podcast aimed at young men. Between Cameron’s impeccable martial arts accomplishments and my lucky breaks, we’re hoping we’ll have something to offer guys looking for guidance from men who love being men and who love women. It strikes us that too much of the advice being given to young guys is tainted with resentment of women, disempowering shame, and hostility. We hope to counter that with words of respect, kindness, and celebration. Coming soon to a podcast platform near you.
Our working title for the podcast is “Mensplaining. A podcast for men who love women.” If you have thoughts, comments, or ideas, we’d love to hear them.
As always, thanks for your attention and support. It means the world to me.
